The idea here is to find a way to achieve multiple erections within a short period of time. Now we need to talk about all of this from a woman’s perspective. Previously I said that you need anywhere from one to two hours of foreplay to build up enough tension to have multiple erections.
However, women do not and probably will not understand this. Their bodies are different from ours. Once they get aroused it simply continues to build. Women tend to think that a man’s arousal is similar to theirs. A woman’s entire body is basically an erogenous zone. The neck, back, lips, knees, arms, ankles, pretty much anywhere on her body can get her hot and ready.
And when you jump on her for the first time that night and start banging away it only intensifies it more for her. But as soon as you ejaculate, your penis gets soft and here is where all the trouble and confusion takes place. A woman that really cares about you isn’t going to get upset. She will try to help you by doing what she “thinks” will get you back into the mood. She may start kissing you on the lips, or neck or even suck on your nipples.
Unfortunately most women don’t understand that men have only one erogenous zone and that is the penis. Messing with any other part of your body, (and I’m specifically talking about immediately after your first orgasm), is a complete waste of time. Now before that first orgasm, you don’t need much help in getting an erection and touching you in other places can and probably will increase your arousal. This is the definition of foreplay. But this approach won’t work after you come the first time.
Before you have intercourse, you must build up enough tension, for a long period, otherwise both you and your woman are going to have to work twice as hard to get you back up again. Don’t let her waste time messing with any other part of your body. She simply needs to give you oral sex immediately and be prepared to keep giving it until you have built up enough tension. This does not necessarily mean that as soon as you get a semi-hard on that she should stop giving head and go for intercourse.
If you didn’t not build up any tension then she is going to have to work long and hard to build that tension back up. Her goal should be to bring you close to the point of another ejaculation before she stops giving head.
For a lot of women giving head is hard work and they get tired after a few minutes so I don’t recommend this approach. To make matters worse, her arousal may be completely gone by the time she’s finished giving you oral and now she will simply roll over and go to sleep. She doesn’t have to work as hard during the first round. That is the time when she can focus on other parts of your body to keep you hard which is much easier than a blowjob. Also you can do the same to her at the same time to keep her arousal levels high. This situation changes dramatically after you have an orgasm.
If you do have intercourse to early then both of you need to maintain a high level of arousal at the same time. The best way to do that is in the 69 position. Or if she doesn’t want to do that, then grab a toy and use it on her while her mouth is going to work on you.
Don’t assume she understands any of this. Explicitly tell her that if she wants to keep on going after your first ejaculation, she needs to give you head immediately. Too many women think that a man has lost or is losing interest in them sexually when he can’t get it up for a 2nd or 3rd round. They simply don’t understand male physiology. And neither do a lot of men.
So in conclusion, take control, don’t give in to your woman, or your desire for instant gratification and add a lot of foreplay to your sex life. Also, give these articles to your woman to read so that she might have a better insight in to how to get you up and keep you up.
