Most men have a lot of trouble getting an erection soon after they ejaculate. This could lead to frustration and other serious relationship problems.

All men want to satisfy their woman. But let’s face it, that’s not easy to do when your body will not cooperate. Imagine this situation: You strip down, you get a rock hard erection and start pounding away hard on your woman. After a few minutes you ejaculate. She has not even had a chance to achieve an orgasm. Your penis is totally numb. She tries her best to arouse you again, but nothing seems to work. Finally she gives up and rolls over and goes to sleep. You just lay there staring at the ceiling frustrated, wondering what the heck is wrong with you. Sound familiar? Then read on…

First let’s deal with the obvious. There really could be something physically wrong with you… Not enough sleep, anxiety or stress from work or other issues, low testosterone, etc… These issues are beyond the scope of this article. For more info about how to deal with these problems go to my website. So let’s assume that you don’t have any of these problems. In that case you’re solution may be something that you can fix almost immediately. What may be the problem is that you got aroused and ejaculated too quickly. Now I don’t mean premature ejaculation. I mean that you simply ejaculated much sooner than you should have.

What some men don’t realize is that foreplay is an important and critical part of effective love making. Foreplay helps to build up tension in your pelvic muscles. It also helps to give you stronger orgasms. It’s very easy to know if you have had enough foreplay. If your sperm simply dribbles out like a turned over bottle of syrup then you probably didn’t have enough foreplay.

Of course this is something that most women have no comprehension of. When you ejaculate, it should come shooting out with enough force to land on your chest, face, or even fly right over your head if you are lying down. Normally this is only possible if you have created a lot of tension by having a lot of foreplay.

Having enough foreplay to do this can be extremely difficult especially if your partner is ready to be drilled within 5 seconds of removing her panties. Also, you may not want to be bothered with all that foreplay and tension building, but this is a mistake. You need time. Lots of time before you enter your partner. Maybe even an hour or two! The benefit of this is not just a stronger ejaculation, but an increased chance of having a 2nd or 3rd round of sex shortly after you ejaculate.

Building all of that tension increased blood flow, and increases your arousal levels to the point at which they remain high, even after you ejaculate. And if you act quickly enough you can maintain that blood flow and arousal for much, much longer.

Now you may be wondering how in the world can you get your partner to wait nearly one or two hours before you mount her. The answer is simple. Take control and don’t allow her to get what she wants, when she wants it. Make her wait. Even if she begs you for it. An easy way to keep her waiting is to keep her panties on. Most women take the cue that if you take off her panties, you are ready for intercouse soon after. So delay that move for as long as possible.

For most women, once they get aroused, and have an orgasm, it’s quite easy for them to have more orgasms, and have them more frequently. But men are not built that way. If you are good at oral sex, or you use your finger or a toy to give her that initial orgasm, she will be immediately expecting you to penetrate her. She may even grab hold or jump on top of you.

I know this sounds crazy, but simply don’t let that happen. Don’t let her dictate when it is time to get busy. You have to be ready otherwise it will be over too soon and you won’t be ready to do anything else for another couple of hours or the next morning.
