Most people choose soft lenses today but these are more likely to absorb pollutants. This is why you need to make sure that they are cleaned daily and at anytime you remove them. There are special cleaners designed just for this type of contact.

The basic steps to cleaning these are to start with clean hands and remove the first contact. While it is in the palm of your hand, add a few drops of cleaner to the outer surface. Using a finger, gently rub the solution into the lens for about a minute. Rinse with a cleaning solution and place in its case and fill with the solution. Repeat the process for the other lens.

There are some types of soft lenses that do require a special cleaning process. A heat cleaning process may be recommended by your doctor or where you get your lenses from. If you don’t want to have to worry about that, asking your doctor beforehand which types need this is necessary.

Hard lenses are not as popular as the soft today, but are still worn and still need to be taken care of properly. Because the lenses are rigid, they don’t absorb as much dirt as soft and the cleaning process is slightly different. The main thing they have in common is that clean hands are necessary before cleaning the lenses.

Take the contact out of your eye with clean hands, place it in the palm and using your cleaner gently work the solution into the lens. Don’t use a lot of pressure as you may tear the lens. After cleaning they need to be rinsed well with lukewarm water. They don’t need a special rinsing solution like the soft ones. After they are in their case you need to make sure you soak them in the usual solution you have, this will keep them fresh and remove any buildups.

A few more tips to help cleaning and wearing are to make sure you always start cleaning the same contact each time, so they don’t get mixed up. They should be sterilized at least once a week in the case to lower the risk of infections. Filling your lens case with solution before putting the lens in is handy and helps to avoid any damage. Swimming with lenses should be avoided, the hard can fall out and the soft can absorb pool chemicals. The most important thing of all is to always keep them moist.

Proper care for your contacts not only ensures that they last longer but also prevents any type of eye infection or irritation that can occur. Cleaning and storing them properly is a big part of that care and needs to be done often. You can enjoy wearing contacts without worry as long as you keep these tips in mind.

Women by nature are curious creatures. Therefore if you want to attract women, then one of the ways is to create an air of mystery, being somewhat aloof. By doing that, you arouse their curiosity and they will be drawn to you to find out more about you.

Skilled with this mysteriously aloof trait, your aim is to be the guy whom women never fully understand because unlike other men, you will not be someone who is predictable and thus is not boring to be with.

Have you heard of the term attraction by rejection? Well, in this case, you are not exactly rejecting them, just being somewhat aloof will do and thus you are naturally portraying a very confident male charisma. However, do not go overboard until you become arrogant as arrogance is a real turn off.

So you can start by subtly maintain a distance such as not picking up the phone every time she calls or wait a day or so before returning her calls. By doing this, you will signal to her that you have other more important things to do and she will be drawn to you even more.

The aim is to make women work to find out more about you instead of volunteering the information just like any other guys who are trying to impress girls with their qualities and talk too much about themselves until they become irritating to the girls. By not revealing too much about yourself, you create an air of mystery and heighten the sexual tension.

You can bait her further by asking questions about her and as she talks more about herself, she will want you to reciprocate but instead, you are not. You will only reveal a little bit, something inconsequential and then steer the conversation away to another topic or ask her more questions about herself.

In between the conversation, interject it with some humor to make the girls laugh. This is because laughing together creates a warm bonding and when you take it away by suddenly being mysterious and slightly aloof again, you will shift her footing and she will want more of you.

This is something like giving a child a candy and just as the child is about to take the candy from your hand, you retract it and the child will keep badgering you to give him the candy.

You will know that this tactic is working when she keeps asking things about you. Look, if she is not attracted to you, then why would she want to know more of you? When this happens, you will know that you have succeeded in being attractive to her.
