Are you fed up with small penis humiliation? Is the enhancement of your manhood a part of your new year’s resolution list? Does effective penis enlargement appear like a dream to you? Have you lost faith in penis enlargement strategies? Do you regret wasting a great deal of money over products that claimed everything but resulted in nothing?

If your answer to any of the above questions is yes, let me clarify what went wrong. Undoubtedly, it was the limited research and incomplete knowledge that led you towards this depressing failure i.e. undergoing a useless penis enlargement procedure rather than an effective one. No matter which way you want to have it (exercises or pills), having complete and essential information about both of these male enhancement methods is extremely important.

Starting with penis enlargement exercises, these are cheapest and some consider them the most effective means of penis enlargement. And the best part is that performing penis enlargement exercises is a natural procedure. Now, before starting to follow any male enhancement strategy involving exercises, there are a few questions you need answers to. First, you need to have a clear understanding about the physical nature of the penis; is it a muscle or not? A number of men live with the false belief that penis is not a muscle and therefore the size of penis can’t be increased through exercise. However, the penis actually contains around 50% of smooth muscle. By means of regular exercise you can not only enlarge these muscles but ultimately gain a bigger penis as well. Furthermore, proper training of your pelvic floor muscles - present at the base of your penis - plays a significant role in improving and maintaining penis erections.

The next concern is the functioning of these penis enlargement exercises. Some of the stretching exercises involve training the connective tissues known as the tunica. It is stretching that helps in the elongation of the penis’ suspensory and fundiform
ligaments. And as a result, the length along with the overall size of your penis is enhanced. There are other exercises as well that work on improving blood flow throughout your manhood which eventually results in the expansion and contraction of cell tissues throughout the procedure. So, it’s evident that regular exercise can cause these tissues to expand on a permanent basis, thus resulting in a thicker penis. Now, the last and the most important concern regarding penis enlargement exercises is the duration of performing these exercises.

You must keep in mind that just as aerobics is performed to train the body, these exercises are meant for the training of penis. Exercise is a gradual procedure which not only takes time but involves patience from your side too. You should always start from beginner’s routines that usually demand around 7-10 minutes out of your daily schedule. Moreover, building up your work-out time along with general intensity is the key here. After you have made your penis stronger and fit enough, your routine should take no longer than 30-40 minutes daily. Also, keep in mind that half of the penis is muscle, and muscles grow and get stronger AFTER the exercise when you are at rest. Depending on the exercise program you choose, you may need to do it every other day and make sure you get plenty rest on your day off.

Now let’s talk about penis enlargement pills and I will be brief. These enlargement pills simply do not work. Millions, if not billions of dollars is wasted on these types of pills. At best they will temporarily increase blood flow to the penis; at worst they will do nothing at all. My advice to you is to stick with penis exercises.

Breaking up a relationship with your boyfriend or girlfriend is a very devastating experience whether you are the one who initiated it or the one being dumped. It is especially heart wrenching when both of you were once in love or are still in love.

The one being jilted will usually be crushed emotionally while the one who intitates the breakup will most probably be feeling very guilty about it as well unless that person is totally heartless and cruel. Whatever it is, here are some advice on how to cope, deal with and survive a relationship breakup.

First thing to do is to accept the fact that the relationship over. Like it or not, life goes on. I know it is easier said than done, but then again, most adults have been through relationship breakups before and they have gotten over it, so why can’t you?

You need to be brave and put it behind you once and for all. The most important thing is to accept it. Do not cling onto the hope that a miracle will happen and bring him or her back to you as if nothing has happened.

If you cling to these false expectations, things will be even more unbearable. When you accept the fact that the other person will not be there for you any more, life will get easier day by day as you will be allowing time to do the healing.

You are only a human being with delicate feelings. So allow yourself to grieve a little once you have accepted the loss. Cry out loud if you want to, talk with friends and relatives to let go of your suppressed feelings. You will feel better this way.

However, don’t keep looking for sympathy until your friends and relatives begin to see you as a nuisance and begin to avoid you. If that is happening, it means that you have not accepted the loss of the relationship.

Many broken hearted people turned to listening breakup songs, sad songs or breakup poems during this stage. You may indulge in some of these things for self consolation, but do not let this phase cling on too long because listening to breakup songs and reading break up poems will only bring your memory back to the relationship and will be harder for you to get over it.

Do have self respect. Never blame yourself for a break up, even if you have done something wrong that may have triggered the end of the relationship. There is no point in self-incrimination as it will not undo the breakup but instead will make you feel more guilty and depressed. Be kind to yourself and your feelings.

Why punish yourself or entertaining suicidal thoughts for something that cannot be undone? There is life after a breakup and chances are that the right and even better person is there out looking for you just at this very moment. So respect yourself so as to give yourself another chance to be happy.

When that is done, take a well deserved break. Take advantage and enjoy your sudden freedom. You need to replace the negative feelings in your heart with positive feelings. The best way to create positive happy feelings is to indulge in yourself.

Do something such as watching a funny movies which can make you laugh even though you may not be in the mood for it. Or else, sign up with your local health club for an exercise program or simply go for a well deserved vacation and let your hair down! Lavish in your new found freedom!

Then allow time for healing process. A common tragedy among many people is to throw themselves into new relationships almost immediately after breaking up thinking that a new relationship could help them to get over the previous one. This could be a bad mistake as raw emotions may almost always give you the wrong reasons to start new relationships resulting in further breakups.

Look for new relationships only when you can look back on the broken one without any heartache. Do not use it as a leverage against the person who broke up with you.

Forget about getting back at him or her. If you are the one being dumped, forget about taking revege and be spiteful! Your situation is sad but it happens all the time everywhere. Breakups are usually emotionally shattering because they are interpreted as rejection. However, you must understand that it is not rejection of you per se. It just simply means to say that “things will not workout together.”

There is nothing personal about that. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. When you hate or plot for revenge, you can never let go of the past and you never really moved along. Do you really want that to happen?

All being said, how do you want to get on with your life is how you want and decide to let go and start things afresh. Only you can make the choice and make your pain easier and eventually, be healed. Time is the best healer, so do understand that it takes time for you to stop feeling the hurt in your heart. But you will be healed, when you finally allow yourself to be healed by time and get over your breakup, the day will come.

I trust that you will find the above coping with breakup information useful and wishing you speedy recovery in your heart and soul.

Yes, I understand how you are feeling. It’s very common to feel jittery. Giving the girl you like her first kiss can be a very exciting but yet very frightening and especially if it is also your first kiss. Hey, when the moment is right and you know how to kiss her the right way, you may even make her fall in love with you even more.

However, if your first kiss is done the wrong way, you may even kiss goodbye to your next date. Not to worry though as here are some pointers on how to kiss a woman for the first time and make her want more.

This might be common sense, but many men in the midst of excitement seem to forget this basic kissing principle. Rule number #1 in kissing a girl is to keep your breath fresh. This is crusially important! Make sure you also brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth, and do both regularly.

Next, avoid drinks and foods with strong pungent smells like alcohol, garlic or onions. Don’t smoke if you are a smoker. Many girls are turned off by the smell of stale ashtrays coming out from your breath. For a quick freshness scent, keep some mints handy but remember that they are only aids to help your breath stay fresh.

It is also crucial to watch out for cues that your date is feeling close and comfortable with you, such as enjoying your company, holding your hand tightly but warmly, smiling & laughing during your conversations, touching or caressing your forearm and even leaning her head on your shoulder. These are her body language to tell you that she is ready for you to kiss her. Don’t initiate kissing her if all these body languages are missing. If you do, you may never get the opportunity to date her out again.

On your part, do not surprise your date with that first kiss. Test the water and send body language hints so as to let her know what is in your mind. That means do what you wanted her to do like leaning in towards her, holding her hands and gently tugging it toward you. Then wait for her response. If she matches your action, that is her telling you subtlely that she is ready for that first kiss.

If she does not reciprocate your body language or worse, turns her head away, then the time is not ripe for the picking, just yet. Never never never force a kiss on any women because by doing that, you are writing your own death sentence in dating her again not to say ejoying another kiss!

When you finally kissed her, start with a simple short closed mouth light smack. If she responds well to that, then do another few more with some time gap during the night. Continue doing this, and as long as she is still game for it, then it is time to start making your a kisses little longer and more passionate.

An important rule in giving your date her first kiss is to always move in slowly. This is because moving in too quickly may get her to reject your advance instinctively. That is her intinctive defence machanism at work. On the other hand, deliberate slow moves are exciting and romantic and can even turn her on making her fall for you even more.

So the next question is how far should you go with the first date kiss? Well, the unwritten rule of the dating game is not to expect too much on your first kiss. A short closed mouth kiss is already an excellent begining. Several of such kisses are even better.

Once your date is responding positively, you can continue to get closer. Open your mouth slightly and see if she reacts in the same way. Even if you managed to get an open mouth kiss, do not use your tongue to french her just yet. Have some patience and your fruit of labor will be much sweeter.

Leave the french kisses to the next date because this is also an exciting moment for your date and when you leave her hanging there, she will be looking forward to the next date hoping that you will french kiss her by then. In the game of seduction and flirting, this move is called attraction by rejection.

Why are you still reading this article? Go and kiss your woman now and make her want more!

Canada has produced a number of fantastic athletes over the years. With its wide open expanses and good natural climate, it is a natural breeding ground for champions. Canada is strongest at hockey and thus it should be no surprise that it has contributed some of the greatest to have ever strapped on a skate, but it has also produced some world beaters in sports such as basketball and baseball.

Without any doubt, the greatest Canadian athlete of all time is Wayne Gretzky. It is no coincidence that he is called The Greatest. Gretzky was an ice-hockey god and successfully transformed from child prodigy to Stanley Cup champion. He played for the Edmonton Oilers, LA Kings, St Louis Blues, New York Rangers and along the way won four Stanley Cups all in a period between 1984 and 1988.

Super Mario is the nickname of Mario Lemieux. He was a champion player for 20 plus-years with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He won three Stanley Cups with the team and broke just about every record there is to break. He is a proud Canadian and was a member of the hockey team which won gold at the 2002 Olympics.

Speaking of the Olympics, Simon Whitfield won gold at the Sydney Olympics in the triathlon. He followed this up with silver in Beijing. This makes Whitfield the most successful triathlon at the Olympics. He is in good enough condition to contend at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

Canada is a proud Olympic nation. It has only missed two Summer Olympics and hosted the games in 1976. It also hosted the Winter Olympics in 1988 and will do so again in 2010. Canada has had most success in Athletics where it has won 13 gold medals but it has also done well with rowing and swimming. Track though is where it has been most prominent.

Donovan Bailey won Olympic gold in the men’s 100m in 1996. This was a huge deal for Canada after the Ben Johnson scandal in 1988. Johnson won the 100m in world record time but he was stripped of both the medal and the record due to a drugs scandal. It now turns out that just about every in the race was on drugs of some sort.

Steve Nash would be the greatest basketball that Canada has ever produced. He has been a star for both the Suns and Mavericks where he was the MVP in 2005 and again the year later in 2006. He led a good Canada team at the Sydney Olympics but they were knocked out in the quarter-finals by France. They haven’t been back since for another Olympics.

Baseball may be Americas’s pastime, but the neighbour up north has contributed its fair share of great players. Jason Bay was the rookie of the year in 2004 while Justin Morneau was the MVP in 2006. Led by these two, Canada actually defeated the USA at the 2006 World Baseball Classic. This made huge news at the time and was considered a huge scandal in the States.

There are tests that allow the detection of certain types of cancers before the patient becomes symptomatic. The idea is to diagnose the cancer in the early stages while treatment can be used to cure the cancer rather than wait until the cancer advances and spreads and is no longer curable. With respect to prostate cancer there are two tests that are recommended to be used in combination. The first is a physical examination of the prostate gland for any abnormalities that could be the result of prostate cancer. The second is a blood test called the PSA test. An abnormally high result indicates the possibility of prostate cancer.

When a factor other than prostate cancer causes the PSA level to raise the elevated PSA is called a “false positive.” A biopsy has risks, such as the risk of infection and the risk of excessive bleeding. Given these two facts some doctors advise that male patients follow a plan of “watchful waiting.” Under such a plan the doctor monitors the patient’s elevated PSA over a period of months or years. During this time some doctors advise that the patient try non cancer related treatments, for example, for infection, under the theory that if the PSA is elevated for a reason other than prostate cancer such treatments may bring the PSA back to normal levels.

The danger with doing this is that the physician may wait too long before ordering any tests to determine whether the high PSA level is due to prostate cancer. If waiting results in the spread of the cancer beyond the prostate capsule then the patient will no longer have treatment options that can eliminate and cure the cancer. For patients whose cancer is detected while contained within the capsule, the likelihood is better than 90 percent that they will still be alive 5 years after diagnosis. The percentage is lower for the most aggressive forms of prostate cancer. This measure is referred to as the 5-year survival rate.

Doctors use the five year survival rate to classify, for each stage of the cancer at the time of diagnosis, the percentage of men so diagnosed who will survive the cancer for five years. While men with very aggressive forms of prostate cancer generally have a lower survival rate than men with a less aggressive cancer, when prostate cancer is diagnosed in the early stages, before it has a chance to spread outside the prostate gland itself, the five year survival rate is in the high ninety percent range.

When the cancer is not diagnosed until the late stages, after it has spread outside the prostate, there is no known cure at the current time. Treatment options are more limited and are generally meant to slow the spread and effects of the cancer. In time, however, current treatments for advanced prostate cancer eventually lose their effectiveness and the disease becomes fatal.

After the cancer spreads beyond the capsule, the 5-year survival rates drop significantly.
In general, once the cancer reaches to stage 3 the patient has about a 50-50 percent chance that the cancer will progress. If the cancer is already at stage 4 when the diagnosis is made, the patient generally only has a 2-3 year life expectancy.

Treatment options for advanced prostate cancer may include hormone therapy, radiation therapy, orchiectomy (the surgical removal of the testicles), and possibly chemotherapy. Treatment will usually cause the PSA to drop significantly. Over time, however, treatment ceases to be effective as the cancer continues to progress. This is typically associated with a new rise in the PSA level. After the treatment stops being effective, the cancer is fatal. As of the time this article was written approximately 90,000 men a year are expected to die in the U.S. from advanced prostate cancer.

How many of these 90,000 deaths will be due to a physician advising his patient to follow a plan of “watchful waiting” and then waiting too long to finally diagnose the cancer? We might never know how many of these men’s lives might have been saved had the physician instead advised the patient to undergo a biopsy. However, if you or a member of your family were among those whose physician delayed the diagnosis of prostate cancer until it was at an advanced stage, you should immediately contact a competent medical malpractice attorney. The physician may be liable under a medical malpractice claim.
