You could say he has it all, good looks, famous family, money, fame and fortune.

He has everything, but love for himself.

Look at his relationship track record.

In 1990 he is said to have accidently shot his fiance, actor Kelly Preston in the arm.
In 1997 he is said to have roughed up his girl friend Brittany Ashland.

His first marriage, to actor Donna Peele in 1995, lasted one year.
His second marriage, to actor Denise Richards in 2002 lasted four years and they have two daughters.

Over Christmas 2009, he is accused of threatening his current wife of one year, Brooke Mueller when she threatened to divorce him and take their 9 month old twin boys.

Looking at Charlie Sheen’s public record, you could say that he has an anger problem and especially toward women. Does he have a love-hate relationship with women? Having never met him in person we don’t know.

It is ironic that on his very popular TV show, “Two and One-Half Men,” he plays a man who cannot have a lasting relationship with women. However, in the TV series, his character seems to know he has a problem but is clueless of what to do about it.

Is this art imitating life, or life imitating art?

Charlie Sheen is by no means alone in openly displaying difficulties in relationships. Unfortunately we see it all the time among famous couples and we know that it happens to thousands, if not millions of ordinary couples, in our home towns.

It is all Charlie’s fault? Is it the fault of the way Charlie was raised as a child? Is it society’s fault for promoting and accepting shallow relationships?

There is little to gain by focusing on fault. The important question is what does Charlie and everyone else in this situation do about it?

This is not about men, women, looks, family, money or fame. It is about self-love. Either you have it or you don’t. If you have a healthy self-esteem you are not threatened by others that disagree with you. When you love yourself, anger is not neccessary because you have a deeper sense of satisfaction and peace.

When you see value in yourself and you have a solid appreciation of what you bring to our world, it is easy for you to love and value others. This is much more fun and rewarding!

Hair is an important part of our body. Your wardrobe and your entire look will not be complete without your hair fully made up to complement your style. Oftentimes, it indicates a person’s race or origin; even the hairstyles connote culture and personality. This is why a lot of people are concerned about having full and healthy hair.

Alopecia or hair loss in the body and head is an involuntary process. It is mostly due to health problems or hereditary factors. It may also be a side effect of consumed drugs or a symptom of a deficiency in some aspects of the body. People are finding ways to prevent this symptom or to at least provide a remedy for it. It can happen to both genders but are more apparent in males. Although hair fall maybe a natural sign of aging, having a receding hairline does not seem like a very engaging prospect for any of us. People are alarmed with this and instantly find solutions with the products available without really considering the cause of their hair loss. It should also be considered that age and genes are a major factor in hair loss. So it’s wise to know this first before trying any product. Below we review two different products on today’s market.

One popular hair regenerating product is Provillus. This is a natural product that is considered safe for all types of scalp and hair loss problems. Provillus reviews are generally good; many people attest to its effectiveness. Although the product does indicate that its results may vary from one person to another, specifically the duration involved for you to witness the products results. This product comes with a two-month warranty in case a customer finds no satisfying results. Most Provillus reviews discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of using the product. It is FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved and can be bought without prescription. They have products for both men and women. The general effectiveness of the product lies within its ability to provide minerals and vitamins to the hair. Side effects are not that apparent as attested by their users. This is one of the many reasons why it is a popular product in the market.

Hairisol, on the other hand, is also a natural product that is approved by the FDA and can be bought without prescription. It is a hair re-growth product that mostly caters to male hair loss problems. Its main component is originally aimed at treating high-blood pressure. It’s a feature of this product that provides solutions to two common health problems. A Hairisol review often discusses the product’s herbal attributes and how it is a safe and effective product for consumers.

If you are a woman suffering from hair thinning, ovbiously Provillus is the better of the two for you. If you are a man with the same problem, either would be beneficial to you. Hairisol could help other health issues, but has yet to prove itself to most of its target customers. It is a strong rival and worth a try, but may not prove more effective than it’s competition.

All in all, hair loss solutions are available in the market. Products may differ in content but most of them offer the same promise of hair regeneration. Thus, hair regrowth is attainable. It is just a matter of finding the right solutions for your personal needs.

One of the new hair loss solutions, Provillus, has been found to be effective for both men and women.

Check out reviews of Provillus and other hair loss solutions to form your own opinion on these new hair loss treatments.

So okay, we are at present nursing a broken heart and it seems that the whole world has fallen apart. Everything seems bleak, we have no desire to live and we feel as if this is the worst time in our lives.

But getting over someone has been done before by people who were in the same boat as us. If they can do it, we can, too. How to Get Over Someone is something that we never learned in school but it is something that we must do if we want to enjoy life again.

THE PAIN OF SEPARATION

When it’s time to let someone go, we should learn how to make a dignified exit. Throwing tantrums and begging may work for awhile - or they may not - but there will come a time when we still start questioning whether the person stayed with us because we begged for it or because they really wanted to still be with us.

This hounding thought alone is enough to drive us up the wall!

In the end, learning How to Get Over Someone is better than holding on to something that may not already be there - it’s all just in our minds now. Moving on will open up new doors for us - better doors even; and pretty soon, we might feel foolish for ever thinking that the pain of the last separation meant the end of the world.

GETTING OVER SOMEONE

How to Get Over Someone is something that we may need to learn as we go along. There are tips and suggestions on How to Get Over Someone but in the end, it is up to us to decide how we will go about it because we are the ones directly involved in the break-up.

One thing that we can do though when learning How to Get Over Someone is to take out all reminders of the person. Pictures, clothes, gifts, emails, text messages, letters and every little thing that will bring trigger memories should be put away or deleted.

Avoiding places that we usually went to with the person involved will be helpful, too. This will decrease the risk of running into the person when we are still on the recovery stage of the break-up.
Talking about it to someone we trust until our throats hurt and we get sick of hearing our voice will likewise help. Spilling out our pain to someone we trust will not only help us get a better perspective on things; it will also help us realize a few home truths that we may have failed to recognize while still in the relationship.

Finally, believing that there is always a silver lining in every rain cloud; that there is something better waiting for us and that moving on with head held high is the best thing we can do for ourselves.

When all is said and done, learning How to Get Over Someone will not seem as hard as we first thought it would be. Once we have passed the hurdle of getting over someone that we have lost, we will feel better about ourselves and we will be more open to the infinite possibilities waiting for us.

Search the internet and you will find thousands of bodybuilding or muscle gaining programs available. So I know that it is not easy to figure out which ones are the “real stuff” and which ones are simply a bunch of rehashed mumbo jumbo randomly pieced together.

Over the years, I have purchased many top selling workout programs from the internet and read them just to see what these programs were all about. What I discovered is that each of the programs, workouts and training systems were different based on the views, beliefs and experiences of the authors.

If you are a novice to gym workouts, do keep in mind that while any well pieced together programs can help you achieve your muscle building objectives, there are a few guiding principles which you should follow when trying to identify a program that will be the right fit for your unique personality and objectives.

If you ignore these things and make an impulsive decision to buy a program, ebook or workout system without thinking it through first you may be throwing your money away by purchasing a program that you will never use.

Here are the reasons why. One of the major differences between all of the bodybuilding programs is the fact that each author or set of authors has a unique writing style that help to tie their program or ebook together. What I have found out is that if you don’t like the writing style of the program, then you won’t take the time to read it through thoroughly. Often times not taking the time to read and re-read before jumping into a workout routine can mean the difference between success and failure.

Another area where I see people fall flat on their faces when trying to decide between one of the bodybuilding programs is that they don’t take the time to find an author with experiences similar to theirs. This is really not rocket science, it is just a process of understanding who you really are and where you are coming from and taking the time to find a fitness program that was put together by someone who has been through some of the exact same things as you.

Take for instance, if you are a skinny lad who have difficulties in putting on muscle mass, then find an author who has been through this exact same experience. This is a surefire way to make sure that you can identify with the authors point of view and muscle building philosophy.

On the other hand, if you have never experienced the frustration of being a skinny hardgainer, then how in the world will you be able to relate to someone who has struggled with this problem?

The short answer here is that you simply won’t and chances are that if the message and experiences of the author does not resonate with you neither will their workouts, bodybuilding tips and advice.

When it comes to the actual bodybuilding program itself, you need to make sure that you can identify with not only the author’s story, but also their strategy for building muscle. If the author believes that hard and heavy strength training is the only way to build muscles and you already know that you can’t sustain this type of training for long periods of time, then how do you expect to make the program work for you? Get the drift?

The muscle building process is completely individual matter. There are so many ways to go about making it happen. What I have noticed over the years is that long term muscle building success is typically a function of someone having access to the right bodybuilding information and at the right time, in a format that they can identify with.

You have to like your workouts to the point of getting excited even thinking about going to the gym. You have to read and re-read each and every line in your chosen bodybuilding program until you completely understand what you need to be doing to build muscle mass and you need to believe that your program will actually lead you towards your objectives.

Take the time to do some research before jumping in and buying any of the popular bodybuilding programs. While there are a bunch of really good muscle building programs and workouts available these days, you are not going to get a whole lot out of it if you don’t implement the advice and follow the workouts as the author intended.

By thinking through what you want to accomplish with your muscle building program and taking the time to do a bit of research, you can almost guarantee that you will identify the best muscle building program as if it was created just for you.

A near-mint edition of The Incredible Hulk #1, considered one of the most difficult Silver Age Marvel comics to find in high grade, has sold for $125,475.

Barry Sandoval, director of comics operations at Dallas-based Heritage Auctions, said the auction Nov. 19-21 showed that the vintage comic market remains “quite strong.”

“Collectors took full advantage of great prices on a broad and striking array of superb books and vintage art and our consignors fared just as well,” Sandoval said. “We had seven consignors bring in more than $100,000 and four of those surpassed $200,000.”

The Hulk was Marvel’s second Silver Age superhero series, with his first issue dated May 1962. It was preceded by the Fantastic Four. Spider-Man and Thor followed before the end of 1962.

Unlike the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man, the green giant was not an overnight success and the book was canceled after six issues. “It’s probably why so few copies of the first issue survive,” Sandoval said. “Those that did were mostly in poor condition, as the midnight blue cover background ruthlessly exposed even the smallest imperfection in any given copy.”

The Hulk issue sold at Heritage Auctions’ November sale was CGC graded near mint 9.2.

At the same auction, a CGC near mint 9.4 unrestored copy of Human Torch #2 sold for $92,612. “This comic, which comes from the Gary Keller Collection, was purchased by Keller in 2006 for $74,750,” said Sandoval. “In just three years, the book gained almost $18,000 in value. The fact that it went for more now shows what a savvy collector he is and also that the market is still strong.”

A CGC-certified very fine/near mint 9.0 copy of Showcase #22 Green Lantern, one of the two highest graded copies known, sold for $59,750. Keller’s collecting savvy showed once again as this comic, also bought by Keller in 2006, more than tripled in value over what he paid for it, Sandoval said.

Original Peanuts comic strip artwork also performed well at the Heritage auction, led by a June 25, 1961, Sunday strip featuring Snoopy. It sold for $53,775.

Heritage Auctions set a record for original fanzine illustration art with Steve Ditko’s Comic Crusader #4 Mr. A “Debaters” splash page, from 1968. It sold for $38,837 against a pre-auction estimate of $5,000-plus.

Todd McFarlane’s original 1989 cover art for Amazing Heroes Preview Special #170 sold for $26,000. “In 1989, there was no bigger star in comic art than McFarlane and this cover appeared when he was still the regular artist on Amazing Spider-Man,” Sandoval said.
