Men’s feet are just as important as women’s, of course, but you wouldn’t know it from the barrage of press and publicity that designer women’s shoes receive! Men care just as much as women do about comfort and appearance, but if one stereotype must be perpetuated it is probably that men simply don’t “need” to have as many pairs of shoes sitting in their closets.

Because men as a group don’t shop for shoes as often as women, they may feel a little lost about where to start when it’s time to get a new pair: here are some tips. Keep in mind that they are generalities and that everyone is different in both style and tastes; but this is a good jumping off point.

Men’s Dress Shoes

If you wear a suit on a daily basis, you’ll want to pay attention to both style and comfort. One does not have to be sacrificed to satisfy the other, thank goodness, as today’s manufacturers are more conscious about problems such as fasciitis and bone spurs. Here’s what to look for:

– Always wear a shoe that is the same color or is a little darker than your pants: in other words, wearing white shoes with that summer suit is just not going to cut it. Similarly, wearing light tan shoes with a dark brown suit is awkward and will draw unnecessary attention to your feet. If you only have two pairs of dress shoes, make one of them black and one of them dark brown.

– The style you choose is pretty much up to you: some men like well-kept Oxfords, other like the comfort of Clark Wallabees, still others choose a much dressier look. It’s all good, and a lot of it will depend on the mood and tone of your particular workplace.

Men’s Casual Shoes

You don’t always have to wear tennis shoes with your jeans! They are always a safe bet, of course, in extremely casual settings but many men get confused when it comes to picking a shoe for those “in between” times when the dress code is casual but above wearing jeans.

– Loafers and oxfords are always a great choice, as are any other number of casual styles. Suede is a great choice for summer and fall, while leather works in any season. Dressiness levels are measured by tassels or buckles: the more of these, the dressier. If you choose a plain lace-up or slip-on, you will be “safe” for just about any casual occasion.

Choosing men’s shoes is all about good looks as well as comfort: so make you take the time to try on a lot of different styles before making your choice.

Flirting with girls using body language is a very subtle and an exciting game when you are anticipating the results and then you get it. You probably already know some of the body languages girls use to flirt with men like tossing her hair and pursing her lips while gazing or glancing at you.

However, do you know that girls are also looking at body signals from men as well and this is where the guys can display flirting signals which are picked up by women either conciously or subconciously. Whatever way, it works!

You see, if men make the right moves and send the right flirting body language, then it does not matter much how we look or how much money we have because our body language communication will make women chemically and emotionally attracted to us! Yes, flirting with your body language flirting can get you great results!

The Eye Contact - Most men will usually look away when the girl they are interested in glance their way. That is why they are the losers in the dating and flirting game. Girls are attracted to men who are confident and self assured, so when you look away, that is the body language of an insecured man.

Nothing shows confidence like meeting a girl’s eyes confidently and holding your gaze steadily. This shows strength and courage on your part. When she sees you gazing at her with full eye contact, then look down and smile, you know you’ve got it made and the time to approach her is now.

If she looks away from you but doesn’t smile, approach her anyway. This is because by the fact that she met your eyes for a second or two shows interest on her part too. So why not give it a shot!

Head Drop Flirt - The Head Drop is a flirting technique used after the assured eye contact. It is done when she met your gaze and then you drop your head to one side and put on a half smile as if to say, “Come and get me!”. Please don’t say that out loud or it will be a very corny pick up line that is sure to backfire. Just think of it and act it out in your body language.

Open Body Language - The truth is that many men stand or sit with their arms crossed, their legs close together and their faces anxious and nervous when meeting beautiful women for the first time. If you are one of those guys, then your body language is telling her that she is not welcomed.

Why not welcome the girl you like into your world. Have your arms open and simply lean back, place your legs apart and relax, your demeanour warm and inviting. Never project the body closed body language that tells her to stay away from you because you are a closed and uptight man although you are not.

Lean Away From Her - Now that you have approached and is talking to her while seated, show her your interest with confidence by leaning away. Leaning away is a very powerful trait of a confident man, the self assured posture of the alpha male.

This posture forces her to lean towards you and thus putting you in the position of the dominant male. It also communicates signals to her that she has to earn your interest and that you are not going to just give it away. You know what, these kind of confident alpha male body language flirt really drive girls wild over you!

Of course, when things are going smoothly and you are starting to develop some sort of bonding with her, then you want to lean towards her now and then. From here, you may want to take your flirting to another higher level.

Looking to buy something for the man in your life? For the man who has everything? It’s hard to go wrong with a couple great looking mens scarves gift wrapped and placed under the tree!

Mens scarves are a popular look this season… they can turn any wardrobe, from casual to professional, into a POWER outfit that simply oozes masculinity. Plus there’s the whole practical side of these men’s scarves too! If you get caught in a snowstorm, your neck will be toasty warm!

Unlike women’s scarves, mens scarves are not the kind you’d wear indoors. A man’s tie fills that decorative role, whereas women use scarves in a similar way…particularly in a professional setting.

But, outdoors is where the men can add a scarf to really make his outfit stand out. When winter comes, throwing a vividly colored pumpkin orange or forest green scarf around his neck, pairing it with a long, black, wool trench coat, can create a powerfully handsome look. It’s professional, stylish, and practical all at the same time.

In this case, keep patterns and checks to a minimum: preferably not at all. However, if you do decide to get something with patterns or checks, be sure to get ones that are small: tiny checks and very tight plaids or very narrow lines. For instance a herringbone style looks very nice and its the kind of pattern that’s difficult to see. Also, don’t get colors that are bright and big and bold. Keep them subtle.

One advantage to buying a scarf for the professional man is how easy it is to find scarves that match because popular business suits are typically dark blue or black and the coats they wear are typically darker, too. Pumpkin orange, scarlet red, or forest green look fantastic against these darker coats. However, if your man has a tan, beige, light brown, or camel?? coat, consider a darker scarf. Mens scarves of chocolate brown pair against these coats look really good.

We’ve just shown you some professional options so far so far but there are casual options, too. And these scarves can have a little more freedom when it comes to patterns. Here are some ideas:

If your man has a dark leather jacket, pair it with a long, knitted beige or off-white scarf for the ace pilot look. A dark brown suede jacket can look amazing when pair with a brightly colored loose-knit scarf with bold orange and yellow stripes. A blue jean jacket looks great when paired with a brown cashmere or pashmina scarf.

Tips: When buying mens scarves, avoid fringes on professional scarves. Or, if you can’t avoid fringes, find ones with minimal fringes, if possible. Casual scarves are okay to have fringes but in general, try to first find scarves without. In general, professional scarves should have a tighter weave if they are knit while casual scarves can have a looser weave. However, if you are pairing the scarf with a knit sweater, try to get the opposite kind of weave.

Get your man a scarf this holiday season!

The common notion of the society is to blame men for snoring because snoring. Some of the major questions that are asked are about men and their snoring and why do we snore, is snoring normal and not a health issues or is snoring a more serious condition than what we think, is snoring a condition or is it a disease, is snoring hereditary or is snoring as common natural. Why is it that snoring occurs more commonly in men than in women? Is snoring just a common notion that occurs in men more often than in women or is there a practical explanation why snoring seen to happen to men more frequently rather than to women specifically?

The most common thing that people mention when talking about sleeping is snoring.

What is snoring?

Snoring is somewhat similar to the same sound that is emitted from our air pathways but snoring makes a louder expression or sound. As we sleep, the unstable flow of air through our passageways causes the tissues of the throat and the nose to move and vibrate which creates the snoring sounds. Snoring is caused by the abnormal movements of the inner tissue walls of the throat that causes the sound and produces the snoring effect.

Types of snoring

The size of your tongue or the position of your tongue when you sleep results in the tongue inflicted snore. All genders are capable of snoring and somewhat depends on the health status of ones body. When someone snores in their sleep and changes sleeping positions and his snoring still remains, it is most likely that they have a serious snoring problem.

Most commonly known causes of snoring

To some people, having allergies are a part of their lives and they try their best not to encounter anything that will induce an allergic reaction for them. A person who smokes takes in the smoke into his lungs passing through the air pathways and as a result the muscles around the air tracks and passageways tend to relax which eventually causes nasal congestion. Being obese and overweight are big factors that can cause snoring according to research. A person who intakes too much fatty foods and oily foods that can create a fat deposit around the air tracks and pathways will cause the throat to be rigid and thus constricts the air to flow so the air tries to pass through in which creates vibrations and causes snoring to occur. When air is inhaled and exhaled rapidly, it blocks the pathways which causes the throat’s tissues to vibrate and causes the snoring sound.

Controlled and uncontrolled factors of snoring

If people watch what they eat, eat less, and eat more healthily then they will not begin snoring.

What foods causes us to snore?

Remember only you can control what you put inside your body so try to avoid those foods that can trigger snoring. In general, try not eat too much of anything that is on the food chain list meaning eat what you know is best for you. Dairy products contains milk that can effect some people and may cause a allergic reaction. A little wheat intake is okay but eating too much wheat is not therefore try to eat it sparingly.

Tips on how to maintain your weight and eating habits to avoid snoring

Eating slowly can help you lessen your food intake. By using smaller bowls and plates, you will eat less than what you normally would consume in one meal time. Eating consciously should be a daily priority of yours and besides that, it is for your own good and can prevent your from snoring in the future. Not being able to focus on eating will make you eat more and make you feel like you have just started eating most times.

What to do when you are snoring severely?

Be alert and watchful as well because you can actually help cure yourself completely of snoring. The snoring prevention methods that your doctor might provide you with may not totally cure you of your snoring, but it will surely lessen your snoring a bit. One way to stop your snoring is before lying on your bed, place an additional pillow to elevate the upper part of your body when you are asleep or if you have one pillow, double it. Losing weight not only help your body to feel lighter but it can diminish your snoring too.

Have you ever had girls looking at you as if you were dripping with sex appeal? Have you ever observed that some men are so full of charming charisma that when they walk into a room, everyone turned and smile at him as if he had made a big fabulous bribe to them before his grand entrance? Is it any surprise at all that these attractive alpha males are always very self assured and are inevitably in fit and healthy physical condition?

If you do want to become popular with the women or anyone for that matter, this article will show you how these irresistible alpha male use their bodies as the perfect language to get what they want from life including getting the beautiful girls attracted to them like bees to honey.

Of course, these men also use their honed to perfection mental skills (most of the time they don’t even know it) to have such attractive charisma. However, since this is more of physical fitness article, we will leave the mental and psychological parts to other articles.

Take it or not, I will be brutally candid. Some of you may already realize this and if you do, you are just being pragmatic. All of us say that we go to the gym for a good workout for the sake of good health right? But you do know that deep down inside, your main motivation is to look good and attractive. Having good health from the workouts comes as a bonus. Ouch, gotcha, didn’t I? Of course, this vanity trait is perfectly sound and there is nothing wrong with that.

Where male physical attributes are concerned, most of us are bicep curling or bench pressing away thinking that having big chest muscles popping the buttons out of our T- shirts are what girls like and having solid muscular arms is a symbol of confidence and girls instinctively feel a sense of protection and security with these men, right?

Well, to a certain extent, this way of thinking is not wrong. However, according to scientific research, these big muscular body types are not what most girls are attracted to. As a matter of fact, many girls are repulsed by the bodybuilder or heavyweight wrestler physiques because they find them intimidating and normal. So what is the perfect male body that most women will like?

Yes, I know, girls are attracted by many other attributes besides physical looks, but can you argue that the first contact with you or with anyone is through sight? The girls have to look at your physical face and body first before they can make conversations or are even interested in talking with you, isn’t it?

Her initial glance over you will have already leave an impression in her mind of what type of person you are and whether she is keen with you. This instant assumption is known as the “value attribution” and once the value attribution about you is formed in her mind, it will be very difficult to change them. So, you must be physically attractive first before being emotionally and psychologically attractive to be successful with girls.

According to many research, the perfect male body that girls are attracted to is a male physique that measure well with The Adonis Index. This index is a research proven matrix for men to have the most physically attractive body that is visually pleasant to the opposite sex.

Several studies have shown that male bodies with the Adonis attributes get much more attraction from women and admiration from other men, sometimes even attracting envy and jealousy from their fellow male too. The Adonis effect is a rigorous science and not some backyard philosophy propagated by so many seduction marketing propaganda.

Just think of the male competitive swimmers and you will get a close resemblance of a proportionate Adonis body.

In order to develop the perfect male body that is so attractive to women, you have to know the dimensions and measurements of the Adonis attributes. The formula is called “The Golden Ratio”, that is a dividend of two measurements that is roughly equal to 1.618.

The golden ratio and its influence can be seen in the spirals of the pinecones, seashells or in the human form, Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man and Michelangelo’s David. In fact, whether you are looking at nature or art, you will find this ideal proportion turning up everywhere.

Therefore it is no surprise that girls love and get attracted to males whose body shape measures up to the golden ratio measurement. Even the Archives Of Sexual Behavior study reveal that women are most attracted to somewhat muscular men whose shoulders are 1.6 times the size of their waists.

Therefore if you are a gym rat working very hard to develop that big muscular chest or biceps, it may not be what is attractive to girls or what women want in a man’s body. Therefore, work into your training program with the Adonis attributes in mind and then be on your way to get the attractively perfect male model body shape that girls love to cuddle up to.

Yes, you can be a fit and healthy alpha male with the perfect Adonis body.
