Talking to a gorgeous woman can be the most intimidating thing a man can do. I’ve known soldiers that flew jet planes and could actually jump out of them on a regular basis, but were afraid to talk to a woman.

Even when they learned how to decode her body language, so they were fairly certain that it would be ok to go over and talk to her, they were still too shy and frozen by so called “approach-anxiety” to make an approach.

One of the reasons for approach anxiety is imagining a negative outcome. Instead of imagining all the wonderful things that can happen by approaching a beautiful woman, they instead imagine being publicly rejected in some horrible way.

What compounds this common problem is that most of this goes on underneath conscious awareness. All of the imaginings of a horrible future happen so quickly and unconsciously that all they feel is that sense of anxiety that seemingly comes immediatley after a desire to approach and start a conversation.

The simple way around this is to force yourself to imagine a positive outcome. Your brain is like any other muscle; it will do what you habitually train it to do.
If you let your brain go off on it’s own, it will go to the evolutionary programmed mode of self-preservation, making it difficult for you to approach.

Here’s how to change that. When you see a woman, imagine every step of the conversation, in as full and rich detail as you can, and imagine it going perfect, so she leaves with you, and you two have a wild and passionate night of wonderful expressive sex.

Imagine how she responds to your initial icebreaker, imagine her laughing at all your jokes, and imagine her looking at you with that gaze that women reserve only for those special guys in their life.

Imagine how she responds when you touch her arm or shoulder lightly. Imagine how she playful puts her hand on your thigh while you are sitting next to you. Imagine how she looks up at you with those innocent and slightly nervous eyes as you let her into your apartment for the first time.

Whatever you imagine on a regular basis, your brain will start to do automatically. The more you do this, the quicker it will work. And if you practice regularly, going out, finding an attractive woman, and then taking the time to imagine all the wonderful things you’d like to happen, it will become automatic.

Before you know it, approaching and starting conversations with gorgeous women will be automatic. You will enjoy it and look forward to it. And then you can really put your seductive skills to use, and seduce her in that special way that gives her a lifetime of wonderful memories.

When you think of weightlifting, I’ll bet that you conjure up an image of Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Lifting weights is an important activity for you to do to ensure the health of your body.

If you are over 35, might be thinking, I am too old to start this type of program. Wrong! It is even more important that you begin now if you haven’t!

Your body needs you to be a part of a weight resistance training program to help prevent muscle loss. It is a fact that around age 25, you begin to lose muscle mass. For every year that you do not lift weights, you lose 5-7 pounds of muscle. Most men gain an average of 5-7 pounds of fat each year as their metabolism slows down. Do you see the trade-off? You have just traded firm, lean muscle mass for flabby fat tissue. Your body will not be able to stay healthy by carrying out this action. It is time for a change!

You will be able to reduce the risk of many age related health issues, such as: osteoporosis, arthritis, high blood pressure, adult onset diabetes and heart disease. In many cases, after a weight lifting routine has begun, these health problems are actually reversed! Why not start today? If I could state no other benefits, these alone would be a great reason to hit the weights.

One of the most common surgeries in men over 50 is total joint replacement surgery, such as the knee or hip. It has been proven that a strength training routine, which includes weight lifting, reduces the need for total joint replacement surgery by increasing your muscle strength and preserving or stopping the deterioration of weight bearing joints.

It is very common for older people to fall and break or sprain a wrist or ankle. Weight training will strengthen your bones, reducing your risk of osteoporosis, and make you less likely to suffer an injury in the event of a fall. Also, if your bones and muscles are stronger, your balance will be improved and you will be less inclined to fall victim to these types of injuries. Your posture will be improved and you will stand tall and proud. You will project self-confidence in all that you do. I don’t know about you, but that is the way that I want to be seen!

A strength training routine is necessary to your good health. Before beginning one, meet with your physician to discuss your goals and receive a stamp of approval to begin lifting weights. Your physician will be able to answer any health related questions that you may have as well as give you a starting place when it comes to monitoring such issues as blood pressure and diabetes. After you have set your goals, find a location to work out. There are clubs and local park districts where you have equipment available as well as other people to help guide you through the process of strength training.

You may already have a set of weights in the basement that simply need to be dusted off. It really doesn’t matter where you choose to work out, the important thing is that you DO work out!
