Many men greatly want to become an alpha male. Of course, wanting to become an alpha vs. actually becoming one are two completely different entities. Desire alone does not lead to change. Rather, one must clearly discover exactly what the traits are that comprise becoming an alpha males and then taking the needed steps to craft the proverbial transformation. These traits are nothing that would be considered difficult to embody. Once a man realizes what the traits embody, taking on the process of duplicating them becomes the next step. So, let us identify these traits so they can be properly duplicated.
Alpha males always embody an attitude of calm confidence. They do not aggressively seek approval nor do they try too hard to be accepted in social circles. When you put too much effort than is necessary to create an image of an alpha, people will start to see through the image as exactly that- a false image. Stay relaxed, calm, and confident. This will take you far in terms of you ability to present yourself as an alpha male.
Avoiding the approval of others is another important aspect of being an alpha male. Now, there may be some confusion over this. Some may assume this means to take a devil may care cavalier attitude towards the opinions of others. That really is not alpha behavior but rather anti-social beta behavior. What not seeking the approval of others means is that you do not go out of your way to seek affirmation from others. Instead, you draw your self-confidence from within and not from any external sources.
Also, you never want to be domineering or controlling of others. This is certainly not alpha behavior because alphas do not need to control other people in order to get the reactions they seek. Alphas also do not get annoyed or angry at the drop of a proverbial hat if they do not receive the reaction from others they feel they deserve. Such an attitude is, once again, total beta behavior as it would indicate a complete lack of self-confidence and anger management issues. Imposing yourself on others does not impress them. It simply drives them away from you.
Stay away from any attempt to prove to others that you are an alpha. If you do this, it will turn people off and they will see you as a beta. They will do this because any attempt to prove your self-worth falls into the category of trying to hard and that is never the trait of a true alpha. Grand standing, bragging, and trying to draw attention to yourself will undermine any positive benefits you seek. Stay calm and polite and mature as this will take you far.
