“Premature ejaculation caused by genetics” - this headline recently brought the dirty secret of about 30% of all men back to light. And it provided relief for many. Just been born with the wrong genes - there is nothing one could do. But this is most often not the case.
There are four simple steps that you can take to cure your premature ejaculation - not matter if it is due to genetic defects or not. The steps escalate, meaning you should start with the first and see if it helps. Only in case the first step does not help you should progress to the next step.
With this simple concept I want to cut through the clutter of information and give you simple and effective tools you can use. First level exercise - control your breathing
In case you have not noticed so far, arousal influences the way in which we breathe. It does this in mainly two ways. First the breathing becomes shallower not taking as much air in as usual. As a consequence the body speeds up your breathing rate to still have a sufficient amount of oxygen available to function properly.
The higher the degree of your arousal is the more this mechanism comes to work. This first approach is reverse engineering this process. Step-by-step you will bring your breathing under your control and together with it both your arousal and your ejaculation.
In order for this process to work you first need to become conscious of your breathing pattern, especially during intercourse. Do you see how your breathing speeds up and becomes more shallow? Do you feel yourself stop breathing when you are ejaculating? If your breathing stays the same - which is unlikely - you can move on to exercise level two.
Controlling your breathing, mastering your ejaculation
Once you have gained the awareness of your breathing during sex you can now begin with your training. Since everyone is becoming more and more busy, leaving less and less time for activities one seriously enjoys I developed exercises that can be integrated into your usually day, using time that is otherwise wasted. This way you can cure your premature ejaculation without sacrificing valuable free time.
-Exercising on the go: No matter how much of a passionate driver you are, we all are walking around daily. Use this time now to become a better lover! Try breathing in with every step you take for 5 steps, than breathing out for another 5 steps. Gradually increase you 20 or more steps for each breathing in and out.
This exercise will help you deepen your breathing while at the same time making you more aware of how you breathe.
