If you have been losing hair your may have been asking, “how can I get it to grow back?” There is no sure fire way to re-grow all of your hair, but there are ways to help your hair re-grow, become stronger and healthier. In this article, discover ways to give your hair the best chance to re-grow.

1. Getting enough Vitamin A

Vitamin A helps the body to develop healthy cells, tissues and hair. Combined with zinc and silica, it helps to prevent the clogging of the sebaceous glands on the scalp. The sebaceous glands produce sebum, an important lubricant for the hair follicle.

Vitamin A deficiencies can cause dry hair, dandruff and thickening of the scalp. Good sources of Vitamin A are fish oil, liver, eggs, milk and dark leafy green, orange, yellow and red vegetables.

Since Vitamin A is fat-soluble, be careful not to overdo your intake as this can cause inflamed hair follicles, dry skin and even hair loss. Be careful not to overdose when taking Vitamin A supplements, but this is not a concern when getting Vitamin A from food since it is almost impossible to overdose from natural sources.

2. Getting enough Zinc
Zinc is a vital mineral for healthy hair since it is responsible for tissue repair, cell production and maintenance of oil-secreting glands of the scalp. Since zinc plays an important role in protein synthesis and the building of collagen, it helps with hair maintenance and dandruff control.

Americans in general have a zinc deficiency. Foods rich in zinc are oats, oysters, seafood and most foods originating from animals. Small amounts of zinc are also found in eggs and milk. Although natural grains, nuts and legumes contain zinc, it is a different composition and not as absorbable in the body.

3. Saw Palmetto
Saw Palmetto has been used to block the production of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) in the treatment of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) and other prostate issues. Since elevated levels of DHT is a known cause of androgenetic alopecia, lowering DHT levels with Saw Palmetto can help to restore the hair in men and women.

Recent studies have shown Saw Palmetto extract to be an effective anti-androgen which in turn would show hope as an effective treatment for hair loss prevention. Women taking Saw Palmetto should cease taking it when taking oral contraceptives or hormone therapy.

4. Nettles, rosemary and sage
Nettles have high concentrations of vitamins A and C, minerals and lipids beneficial to hair maintenance and growth. Nettle Root Extract has been used successfully in Europe and has shown promise in hair loss prevention. Nettle Root Extract shows few side effects and is available over-the-counter at most health food stores and online.

Rosemary and sage have shown results for hair restoration when used externally.

To promote scalp cleansing, hair root stimulation and hair thickening, boil together in water rosemary, peach leaf, nettle, sage and burdock. Strain out any lose particles of the herbs from the liquid and use it to wash the hair daily.

To make a great hair lotion, steep one ounce of ground rosemary, two ounces of ground sage and one half ounce of ground nettles in one pint of ethyl alcohol for one week. Strain the solution and add one ounce of water and one ounce of castor oil. Apply the lotion at night before bedtime or just before washing the hair with shampoo.

5. Aloe Vera
Indians, Native Americans and Caribbean’s have used Aloe Vera for centuries for the prevention of hair loss and to promote healthy hair. Aloe’s healing effects have been used for burns and healing of the skin and works likewise for healing and pH balancing of the scalp.

To prepare a shampoo that has shown hair restoration properties, combine Aloe Vera gel, a small measure of wheat germ oil and coconut milk. If you do not want to make your own, you may be able to find a similar product containing these ingredients at a health food store or online.

This is just a five tips to stop hair loss and help to re-grow your hair. You can learn how to use less than $15 of grocery store items to stop hair loss and re-grow hair at Hair Loss Prevention and Re-growth. Information found at http://hairloss.kteweb.com

There are many things that can cause a person to lose their hair but quite often, it is temporary as hormones are probably one of the biggest causes of hair loss.

A good example of this is that you have thyroid problems where your thyroid gland is being over or under active. You may notice a major change in your hair and one of these will be hair loss or dull lifeless hair. Once the problem has been treated your hair will usually go back to normal and begins to grow as it normally did.

Some other hormones that can be out of balance are known as androgens and estrogens and these are female and male hormones and androgens are quite often involved with male pattern baldness. Most often though if the hormone imbalances are corrected the hair loss stops. There are several good natural hair loss treatments on the market to help correct the damage that has been caused by these hormones.

Quite often after a woman has had a baby in about three months she will start to notice that she is losing her hair and once again this is also a hormone related problem. What happens is that during the pregnancy, the hormone levels are higher and hair that would normally fallout is prevented because of the level of the hormones. After pregnancy, the hormone levels go back to normal and the hair starts to fall out, and then the normal cycle of growth and loss starts again.

Then there are certain medications that can cause hair loss problems as well. Many people find that the medications that they take has often caused hair loss for them. For example some people that are on blood thinners will notice that their hair is beginning to thin out and then they actually start to lose it.

In cancer patients where chemotherapy is being used as a treatment this will often cause the hair to fall out. Also, what many people do not realize is that taking too much vitamin A can do the exact same thing.

Sometimes hair loss can be an indication that there is something wrong in the body. A person may be suffering from some sort of illness such as diabetes for example or even Lupus. It is always important when you first notice your hair is falling out to get it diagnosed correctly as to what maybe the problem.

Then some of the other causes that can occur is improper care of your hair as sometimes we are far too rough on it taking it for granted. For example wearing hairstyles that pull your hair tight all the time or using hair rollers to tightly can be another problem. This is what is called traction alopecia and if you can stop this from happening before the scalp starts to scar then most often hair will grow back in normally. If scarring becomes present then the hair loss will be permanent and you will have to resort to hair loss treatments.

The majority of men pay attention to the length of their penis. However when it comes to the girth of the penis most men tend to forget this aspect of their male member when considering penis enlargement. The size of the penis can make some men feel insecure and less of a man because penile size really matters too many men. The problem is that for most women penis girth is what concerns them when in comes to sexual situations.

I am afraid to say it is true size does matter. The size of a man’s penis plays a major role for a woman when it comes to sexual intercourse and the amount of pleasure she can get out of the experience. If the girth of the penis isn’t sufficient a woman isn’t stimulated enough and an orgasm cannot be reached. Like a penis the woman’s vagina is extremely sensitive and the presence of a sufficiently thick penis makes the whole experience a lot more exciting.

The average size of a penis when it is erect is 5.25 inches for girth at the base of the penile shaft. The average length of the penis is between 6 and 6.5 inches in length depending on which scientific study you read.

If a man believes that he doesn’t “stack-up” when it comes to penis size and is below average. There are penis enhancement solutions out there and if they are followed correctly as part of a penile enlargement regime they can help solve any penile size problems. There are many penile enhancement products on the market and it can be hard to choose the right one. They all promise that they will add inches to both girth and length. These products range from penis pumps, topical applications through male enhancement pills.

The problem is which penis enhancement product is the right one for you?

Straight off penis pumps don’t work and clinical trials have proven this to be true time after time. Then there are the penis enhancement gel and creams which are applied directly to the penis well they don’t really work either. Yes they are “delivering their specially formulated ingredients directly to the penis” but they cannot and don’t get their “botanicals” to the parts of the penis that matters. The only solution is the male enhancement pill.

The best male enhancement pills allow their active ingredients to go exactly where they are needed and help increase blood flow to the penis. It is blood flow to the penis which is the key to erect penis. If you use male enhancement pills as part of an penis enlargement routine then blood flow will increase to the penis and both length and girth of the penis can and will increase.

Penile exercises and the best male enhancement pills help blood go to the places within the genitalia were there was no blood found before. Some of the blood vessels circulate poorly inside the penis and exercises and the best male enhancement pills will drastically increase the amount of blood flowing around the genital area to make it more active and alive. Clogged veins and poor blood circulation explain why the penis is not as erect as it should be. While taking male enhancement pills for the enlargement of the penis you will see the penis girth and length start to increase and favourable results can be seen over time.

Enlargement is generally a time-consuming method. It may take months before you see any improvements. Everything will depend on the body type and penis condition of the man in order to get the much needed results. The enhancement of the penis can be a slow process. The best results for most men is by following a regime of penile exercises and male enhancement pills for at least a six month period. In a six month period if you choose the right male enhancement pill a man can add a minimum of 1 inch to his girth and 1.5 inches to penile length.

The penis is as complicated as any other part of the body. Not with standing its well known appearance and the two functions of the penis which are well known to males and females alike. There is an inclination to believe that everyone knows everything worth knowing about the penis. There are though a few questions left unanswered or some obscure bits of info that no-one bothers to study that may be fascinating and useful in certain contexts.

So here is a general outline of the penis to supply a better understanding of male member. Fundamentally the human penis is made from two parts the shaft and the glans (sometimes called the head). The shaft isn’t a muscle as some people have reported.

The penis is created of three columns of tissue one of which continues forward to form the glans. The three columns are called Corpus Spongiosus which forms the underside of the penis and the glans. Then there is the Corpora Cavernosa which is actually two sections of tissue located next to each other on the upper side of the penis.

The shaft is covered in skin while the glans supports the loosely attached folds of skin called the foreskin. The foreskin is attached to the bottom of the penis in an area called the fraenum. Ultimately the penis is spanned from one end to the other by the urethra.

This canal (urethra) serves as a passage for urine produced in the bladder and the sperm produced in the testicles.

Erection is achieved by filling the two Corpora Cavernosas with blood. Unlike some other mammals humans have no erectile bone and have to depend instead on engorgement with blood to reach erection. The erection brought on by sexual stimulation is created by the arteries that bring blood to the penis which distends in order to extend blood flow. The stiffer tissues constrict the veins that carry blood away from the penis to maintain the erection. Each male baby is born with a full set of reproductive organs. However these organs are not totally developed and remain this way till a boy enters puberty. At puberty some time between the ages of ten and fourteen the pituitary gland starts secreting hormones that prompt the testicles to supply testosterone.

Testosterone is the hormone that controls all of the physical and many mental qualities that outline man. Its presence makes sure of the development of bigger bones and higher muscle mass in men. The penis stops growing at the end of puberty which comes round the age of eighteen. However there are a great many environmental factors that can delay or accelerate the onset or the end of puberty. This implies that some men may experience penis expansion above the age of eighteen. A typical urban myth that virtually everyone has heard of is penis size is linked to the dimensions of another body part.

The commonest versions of this myth target the size of hands, feet, nose or overall height to figure out the size of the penis. This is untrue and not backed by science. As stated above there’s no link between penis and body size. Studies conducted on bats have shown the sexual organs and the brain need big amounts of energy to develop. At some point the developing embryo decides whether it would like a bigger brain or a larger set of sexual organs. However science is still unable to understand why this happens and when.

There are exercises that are engineered to force the columns of tissue to grow in both length and girth. These are done by exerting pressure on the shaft and helping the cells that make up the tissues to multiply. The purposes of these exercises are to make the Corpora Cavernosa hold more blood to extend the dimensions of the erect penis. In contrast to what many sceptics think the careful and sustained exercising of the penis is a safe and acceptable way of increasing length and girth. The best way to gain a larger penis in length and girth is to use penile exercises supplemented by male enhancement pills.

The best way to increase penis size is with male enhancement pills if you want independent male enhancement pills advice and reviews click here.
