Premature Ejaculation is a rising problem for many men around the world.. This problem not only effects the man, but also his partner, and can be the source of many relationship problems.

With everyone wanting to increase their sexual performance with the latest products, the problem of PE can be rather alarming.

Even though there are multiple reasons why premature ejaculation can happen, there are various methods that are effective to cure it.

However, the first proper step to cure this problem is to first find out what the actual problem is.Written below are some reasons why PE occurs.

Even though there could be other reasons, the ones listed below are the most likely to be the main problems. However that doesn’t mean that these are the only causes for every individual PE patient.

This problem usually occurs when sex hormones cause extreme levels of arousal that cannot be stopped. These hormones are overly produced, and can actually speed up the ejaculation process.

This occurs because these hormones control what happens during sex.And for most men, the body produces too much of this hormone, causing ejaculation to come early. No pun intended.
If overstimulation happens, you will lose all control of your ejaculation process.

There are some medical reasons that are possible reasons for PE.Most PE problems stem from physiological causes such as mentioned above. However if you suspect your case to be a medical problem, consult your doctor.

This will be very likely if you’re taking some medications. This is a possibility even though it’s an uncommon cause. If you are suffering from this condition, you will probably be happy to know there is a cure. As stated above, there are medications that have been developed that can cure premature ejaculation, and make it possible for you to control when you do and don’t ejaculate.

There are many (way too many in my opinion) products out there that say they can cure this problem for you once and for all. However only a few products out there do what they say.

When you search for these products online, look for the ones that don’t require any prescriptions of some sort. Prescriptions should be only required for pharmaceutical drugs.

Effective cures don’t cause any side effects and can make you last a lot longer in bed. Also, they should be easily affordable. Many of these products are in pill form.

These should not cost over $70 per bottle. A single pill should cost a dollar or so each. Don’t fall into those scams on the internet that seem too good to be true. Use products that work.

This problem usually occurs when sex hormones cause extreme levels of arousal that cannot be stopped. This causes the ejaculation process to speed up significantly. This occurs because these hormones control what happens during sex. And for most men, the body produces too much of this hormone, causing ejaculation to come early.

Medical reasons are possible reasons for PE.Most PE problems stem from physiological causes such as mentioned above. However if you suspect your case to be a medical problem, consult your doctor.

This would depend on what medications you’re taking and what reactions they could have on your body. Although this is an uncommon cause, its still possible. If you have ejaculation problems then you would be happy to know that there are various methods out there that were developed to solve this problem.

There are many products available on the internet claiming they can help you last longer in bed. However only a select few of these products actually do work.

When you search for these products online, look for the ones that don’t require any prescriptions of some sort. Prescriptions should be only required for pharmaceutical drugs.

Effective cures don’t cause any side effects and can make you last a lot longer in bed. They should be affordable as well. These products should not cost over $80. Most of these products are pills and come in 60-pill bottles. A single premature ejaculation pill should cost around a dollar each. Traditional herbs and supplements have been used for many years in the management of disorders of the prostate. While herbal and nutritional supplements should never be used as a substitute for regular medical examinations, many men are able to obtain symptomatic relief, particularly from benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by using certain supplements, which also have fewer side effects than prescription medications. Examples of herbs and nutrients used to support prostate health include:

* Saw palmetto — This is a natural herb, which has been clinically shown to decrease the urinary symptoms associated with BPH. A few studies have even shown that it can actually decrease the size of an enlarged prostate. The mechanism of action of saw palmetto is thought to be through its ability to block hormone (testosterone and estrogen) receptor sites and its anti-inflammatory effects.

* Ginger root — Ginger root has powerful anti-inflammatory effects, and although it has not undergone as much research as saw palmetto, the research is quite convincing that ginger also helps reduce the signs and symptoms of BPH. It may also reduce symptoms associated with impotence.

* Nettle root extract — Nettle root has been used for centuries. It acts to increase urinary output and has been approved by Germany’s Commission E for relieving urinary disorders associated with BPH.

* Pumpkin seed — Pumpkin seed is also approved for relieving the symptoms of BPH by Germany’s Commission E. It appears to be particularly effective, especially when in combination with saw palmetto.

* Pygeum bark extract — Pygeum bark is from a tree indigenous to tropical and sub-tropical Africa. It decreases frequency of nighttime urination, permits more complete emptying of the bladder, and increases peak urine flow by about 23%.

* Maca root — Maca root decreases symptoms of BPH and may improve sexual function.

* L-Arginine — L-Arginine is an essential amino acid, which may play a role in improving sexual function, as well as in enhancing the immune system.

* Green tea leaf — The active ingredient in green tea is a powerful antioxidant polyphenol compound known as epigallocatechin. This compound may reduce the symptoms of BPH and may play a role in cancer prevention.

* Vitamin E — Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant vitamin, which protects the prostate from oxidative damage by unstable molecules known as free radicals.

* Zinc — Zinc is an antioxidant mineral, which protects the prostate from oxidative damage.

* Selenium — This is another antioxidant mineral, which protects the prostate from oxidative damage.

* Beta-sitosterol — Found in many plants, this is a cholesterol-like compound that belongs to a family of compounds known as plant sterols. Along with saw palmetto, pygeum, and nettle, beta-sitosterol is useful for the management of BPH. It is thought to work by its ability to bind to prostate tissue and by affecting the metabolism of prostaglandins, substances formed in the body that affect pain and inflammation.

* Lycopene — Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant found in tomatoes and pink grapefruit. Like the better-known supplement beta-carotene, lycopene belongs to the family of chemicals known as carotenoids. Lycopene is thought to protect the prostate and may reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

There are many herbal supplements that contain some of these ingredients, but look for one that contains as many of these ingredients as possible in order to achieve maximum prostate health.

The prostate is a walnut-sized gland, which surrounds the urethra in men, and is part of the male reproductive system. It sits low in the pelvis below the bladder and just in front of the rectum. The prostate helps make semen, which is the fluid that carries sperm from the testicles through the penis when a man ejaculates.

As mentioned earlier, the prostate surrounds the urethra, the tube that carries urine out of the bladder. As men age, the prostate often becomes enlarged, putting pressure on the urethra. This, in turn, leads to difficulty in urination. For men under age 50, the most common problem of the prostate is prostatitis, and for men over age 50, the most common prostate problem is prostate enlargement.

Prostatitis is inflammation of the prostate. Inflammation in any part of the body is usually a sign that the body is fighting bacteria or repairing an injury. Prostatitis usually results in a burning sensation upon urination or an increased frequency of urination, which may or may not be caused by bacteria. Prostatitis can also cause fever and malaise (a general feeling of being tired and not feeling well) and may or may not be caused by bacteria.

Bacterial prostatitis is seen in a urine sample and is treated with an antibiotic. Most cases of prostatitis, however, are not caused by bacteria but may be caused by a kidney stone, cancer, or some other irritant. Sometimes the cause is unknown. Treatment for non-bacterial prostatitis includes changing your diet, taking warm baths, phytotherapy, physical therapy, and antihistamines. Your doctor may give you a medicine called an alpha-blocker to relax the muscle tissue in the prostate.

No single solution works for everyone with this condition.

Prostate enlargement is common in older men. This condition is also called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Older men are at risk for prostate cancer, as well, but prostate cancer is much less common than BPH. Enlargement of the prostate often occurs as men age resulting in difficulty with urination.

The most common symptoms are: feeling like you have to urinate right away (urgency); urinating more often than usual (frequency); having to urinate frequently at night (nocturia); and having difficulty urinating (hesitancy). Prostatic enlargement also results in stasis of the urine (decreased flow), which can increase the likelihood of urinary tract infections.

Early diagnosis of an enlarged prostate is imperative and can usually be detected by having the physician perform a digital rectal examination (DRE). The DRE is recommended annually for most men over age 50 and is highly useful in determining if there is a problem with the prostate. In addition to the DRE, ultrasound can be used to check for disorders of the prostate, as well as a blood test known as the prostate specific antigen (PSA), which is often used by physicians as a screening test for prostate cancer.

Research has shown that there are multiple natural herbal supplements that promote prostate health. These include:

* Saw palmetto, a natural herb, has been clinically shown to decrease the urinary symptoms associated with BPH.
* Ginger root has powerful anti-inflammatory effects.
* Both nettle root extract, which increases urinary output, and pumpkin seed have been approved by Germany’s Commission E for relieving urinary disorders associated with BPH.
* Pygeum bark extract decreases frequency of nighttime urination, permits more complete emptying of the bladder, and increases peak urine flow by about 23%.
* Maca root decreases symptoms of BPH and may have a great side effect of improving sexual function.
* L-Arginine is an essential amino acid, which may play a role in improving sexual function, as well as in enhancing the immune system.
* Green tea leaf contains an active ingredient that is a powerful antioxidant polyphenol compound, which may reduce symptoms of BPH and may play a role in cancer prevention.
* Vitamin E protects the prostate from oxidative damage by unstable molecules known as free radicals.
* Zinc is an antioxidant mineral, which protects the prostate from oxidative damage.
* Selenium, another antioxidant mineral, protects the prostate from oxidative damage.

There are many herbal supplements that contain some of these ingredients, but look for one that contains all of these ingredients in order to achieve optimum prostate health. Be sure that you also get annual medical checkups.

Saw palmetto consists of the partially dried, ripe fruit of a low, bushy palm that grows from South Carolina to Florida. The saw palmetto tree grows only about two to four feet high, with fan-shaped serrated leaves and abundant berries. Native Americans used these berries for the treatment of various urinary problems in men. Later, European physicians began using it to relieve the symptoms of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) by:

* Increasing urinary flow
* Increasing ease of urination
* Facilitating a more complete emptying of the bladder
* Decreasing frequency of urination*

Though some recent studies report conflicting results, a review of 18 randomized trials conducted between 1983 and 1997 and involving approximately 3,000 participants concluded that saw palmetto herbal products provided some benefit in controlling lower urinary tract symptoms and flow measures in men with BPH.* The mechanism of action of saw palmetto is thought to be through its ability to block hormone (testosterone and estrogen) receptor sites and its anti-inflammatory effects.

The recommended dose is one to two grams of the herb per day or 320 mg of an alcohol extract per day. It should be noted that while most researchers believe that saw palmetto is good for symptomatic relief of BPH only and that it does not shrink the size of the enlarged prostate, there is some research to suggest that saw palmetto may actually cause the prostate to shrink slightly, thereby retarding prostate enlargement.*

The drug Proscar does this, too, and to a greater extent than saw palmetto, but other standard medications for BPH have no effect on prostate size. Saw palmetto may also play a role in the management of non-bacterial prostatitis, but it does NOT play a role in the treatment of prostate cancer.*

Routine prostate screenings, including digital rectal exam (DRE) and blood tests for prostate specific antigen (PSA), should be conducted on a regular basis, as advised by a qualified physician. Due to its ability to block hormone receptor sites, it should not be taken by patients receiving hormone therapy, nor should it be taken by those receiving anticoagulant medication.
