In order to make this work you will need to ‘climb the mountain’ and reach a point of awareness where you see your world beyond the confines of time, as this is where remote viewing becomes possible and it is how you can directly influence another person’s mind.

Reaching Theta is really the key to making this technique work, because it is only in this mode of awareness that remote viewing becomes possible. Your body’s default setting is to be asleep or unconscious when you reach theta, so you must slowly train yourself to remain conscious.

You need to be supremely relaxed in order to reach theta, which means that you need to be sure that you will not be disturbed. So after a calm relaxing bath, lock your bedroom door, lie on top of your bed and pop on your headphones. Calm ambient music can be very effective, and it is best to pick an album without any loud rhythms because this will stir you from your relaxation. Also consider finding a relaxing audio track that is 30 minutes or longer so that you do not hear any track breaks.

Spend some time cycling down, and you will know you have hit theta when your awareness feels bigger than your physical body. Once this happens you are in a position to affect the mind of any girl you choose.

It is good to have a specific girl picked out because you will have an image to lock on to. While the practice of male circumcision is older than recorded human history itself, its benefits to men are still a subject of debate. Various studies, medical and otherwise, have been undertaken on male circumcision but their opinions vary and, in some cases, contradict.

The medical profession is steadfast in its belief that circumcision is a course of action best pursued for religious and medical purposes. In fact, the medical associations of the United States, Canada and Australia have all ruled against non-therapeutic circumcision or circumcision that is non-religious, non-ritualistic and not medically necessary.

Despite that, a study by the American Medical Association in 1999 revealed that American parents arrange for male circumcision for their children “largely because of social or cultural expectations, rather than medical concerns.” In other words, they opt for male circumcision because they prefer it over non-circumcision. This leads to the inevitable question: just exactly what are the advantages of male circumcision? Is it merely cosmetic more than anything else?

Based on several recent studies into male circumcision, its benefits can be summed up as follows:

1. Better hygiene. Since the foreskin has been removed, a circumcised penis is obviously easier to clean than an uncircumcised one. There is little chance of dirt accumulation which can sometimes lead to infection or a terrible smell.

2. Less risk of urinary tract infections. This is especially important among newborn infants. For the first year, the risk of such infections is low and manageable. However, beginning with the second year, the risk of urinary tract infections among uncircumcised boys increase by ten-fold. A male infant who acquires these infections also has greater chances of developing kidney problems in the future. The same risk applies to uncircumcised men although to a lower degree.

3. Less risk of penile problems. Uncircumcised men sometimes suffer from injury or inflammation of the glans (head of the penis), particularly when the foreskin of the penis tightens or narrows too much, making it impossible to retract. In severe cases, this may lead to pain and surgical intervention. Men with a circumcised penis do not have to go through this ordeal.

4. Less risk of penile cancer. Although penile cancer is rare, studies indicate that there is a higher prevalence of penile cancer among uncircumcised males. Somehow, the circumcised penis is better equipped to withstand penile cancer.

5. Less risk of sexually transmitted diseases. Studies also indicate that a circumcised penis has greater immunity against a host of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV, the deadly AIDS-causing virus, and HPV or human papillomavirus, which cases genital warts and, in extreme cases, cervical cancer. This doesn’t mean that a circumcised men has a license to practice unprotected sex. There is no such immunity against STDs. Practicing safe sex must always be of paramount importance.

On the other hand, a circumcised penis has its share of drawbacks as well. These include surgical risks such as excessive bleeding and infection, pain and the permanence of having a circumcised penis. Of course, there are ways to restore the foreskin but the point is, you shouldn’t undergo male circumcision if you are not 100% sure.

In the United States, the practice of circumcision or the removal of the foreskin covering the tip of the uncircumsized penis by surgery is widespread. But recent trends indicate that more and more men are questioning whether an uncircumsized penis is all that bad and whether circumcision makes that much of a difference.

For instance, a national survey of adult men revealed that a whopping 91% of males born during the seventies are circumcised. This figure dropped to 83% among men who were born in the eighties.

Recently, the Nationwide Inpatient Sample which covered five to seven million of total inpatient stays in the USA showed that circumcisions were pegged at 48.3% in 1988 and actually fell to 61.1% in 1997.

This is further supported by the Nationwide Hospital Discharge Survey which covered 320,000 inpatients in 426 non-Federal hospitals in 2003. The study said that circumcision rates were at 64.7% in 1980, dropped to 59% in 1990, rose again to 64.1% in 1995 and fell to a low of 55.9% in 2003. It said that overall, more American parents are comfortable with their sons having an uncircumsized penis.

This current state of affairs has prompted many to re-consider the main differences between an uncircumsized penis and a circumcised one.

The generally accepted advantages of having a circumcised penis are that it provides better hygiene (it’s easier to clean and less prone to smell) and is less likely to be infected by penile disorders (such as penile cancer, urinary tract infections) and sexually transmitted diseases (such as HIV, the deadly AIDS-causing virus, and HPV or human papillomavirus, which cases genital warts and, in extreme cases, cervical cancer).

On the other hand, circumcision has its disadvantages as well, such as the following:

1. Surgical risks. The mere thought of having a doctor bring a knife to your family jewels is horrifying. The fact is that mistakes happen. Excessive bleeding and infection are possible. Also, the doctor may mistakenly cut the foreskin too short or too long or the inflicted wounds may not heal properly for some reason. There are cases when the remaining foreskin manages to reattach itself to the glans (head of the penis) and this calls for more surgery.

2. Pain. It is no secret that circumcision is painful. It hurts. Anesthesia is a must to block the sensations of the nerves during surgery.

3. Permanence. Once you get circumcised, chances are you will stay that way for life. Of course, there are ways to restore the look and feel of an uncircumsized penis (click here) but sometimes it is simply impossible to re-create what has been lost.

4. Cost. Male circumcision is not a cheap undertaking. In fact, in some cases, even insurance companies refuse to cover the cost of circumcision.

Perhaps the main argument for retaining an uncircumsized penis is that the benefits of circumcision are really not clear except where religious reasons, family traditions or medical necessities are concerned.

In this regard, the medical associations of the USA, UK and Canada seem to be in agreement. As the British Medical Association said, There is significant disagreement about whether circumcision is overall a beneficial, neutral or harmful procedure. At present, the medical literature on the health, including sexual health, implications of circumcision is contradictory, and often subject to claims of bias in research.
